Medical Secretary Grade IV OPDS
St. Francis Hospice Dublin provides a comprehensive range of palliative care services for patients and their families living in North Dublin City and County.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team. The person appointed will work as part of the Team that provide secretarial and administrative support to the Specialist Palliative Outpatient and Day Service.
Essential Requirements:
- Have four years’ experience in an Administration role in a healthcare setting.
- Be educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
- Have undertaken an Office Administration/Secretarial Course or other relevant course.
- Be fully competent in MS Office suite and other relevant packages.
- Experience in Patient/Client Administration Systems.
- Have experience in an outpatient/GP / Clinical setting.
- Full clean driving license
Desirable Criteria:
- To have worked in a setting where Volunteers play a key role.
- To have worked as part of a clinical multi-disciplinary team.
- Ideally have a Qualification at Level 6 -NFQ or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.
