Car draw in
The Draw will be held on 23rd of January 2025 at 8pm in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre.
Winners are contacted by phone, email or post using the details provided when purchasing the ticket. Results of the Draw will be listed on our website and social media pages.
The St. Francis Hospice Car Draw is held on an annual basis to raise funds for patient care in St. Francis Hospice Dublin.
St. Francis Hospice: The promoter of the draw is St. Francis Hospice Dublin, Dublin 15, D15 DE 98 (“SFH”) under licence granted by Dublin District Court on 5th March 2025 and valid until 10th March 2026. By entering the draw all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other conditions in the messaging or promotions of this draw. Any entries not complying with these terms and conditions will not be valid.

First Prize:
• The prize for 1 winner is a [TBC] based on available colour and no alternatives colours will be offered. The model is selected by [Toyota] and is based off the entry model.
• The winner must make their own way to the vehicle collection point, location, date and time as advised by SFH (any associated costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner).
• The winner must hold a valid driving licence and will be required to provide evidence of this prior to handover of the car or must be accompanied by someone who holds a valid driving licence (and can show proof of same) and who will assume responsibility for transporting the car to the winner’s home.
• The insurance, tax, maintenance and running costs of the car will be the responsibility of the winner from the time of collection of the car. The winner will be required to show evidence of tax and insurance prior to handover of the car.
• SFH will not engage in negotiations with the supplier of the car on behalf of the winner.
Blanchardstown Shopping Centre:
• Multi Retail Management Ireland Limited as manager of the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre has sponsored vouchers to be spent at the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. It is providing administrative support to St. Francis Hospice in connection with the draw. It is not responsible for the promotion of the draw and, to the extent permitted by law, has no liability to entrants and/or winners. • Vouchers must be collected by the winners from the provider of the voucher and used in line with the terms and conditions of the voucher.
How to Enter:
The draw will take place on the 22nd January 2026.
• Ticket sales will cease on Sunday, 11th January 2026 at 23:59.
• Tickets cost €10 each.
• To enter the draw:
• Purchase a ticket from at St. Francis Hospice Dublin, Raheny 01-8327535 or Blanchardstown 01-8294000; or
• Purchase a ticket using the QR Codes provided at multiple locations; or
• Purchase a ticket online at www.sfh.ie
• Each ticket purchased has a unique code printed on it and gives the purchaser one entry into the draw. You must retain your ticket as proof of purchase.
• Entrants must fill out all details requested to facilitate contact should they be drawn as a prize winner.
• Winners will be invited to take part in any associated publicity relating to the Draw, at their discretion.
• Only one name is permitted on the purchased ticket stubb and the prize will be allocated to the person named on the ticket stubb. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. Ticket stubbs on which more than one person’s name appears, including clubs, groups and associations, will not be accepted and will be automatically disqualified.
• SFH accepts no responsibility or liability for entries not returned by the purchaser, or for entries received after the draw date, 22nd January 2026.
Eligibility:
• The draw is open to all residents of Ireland aged 18 or over as at the date of entry except direct employees and trustees of St. Francis Hospice.
• SFH reserves the right to reject any entry (and award the prize to an alternative winner) if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently or illegally, or on other reasonable grounds and shall have no liability to an entrant for any loss or damage arising from such rejection.
• SFH reserves the right, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, to cancel, postpone, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this draw at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party. If due to unavailability of a particular prize, beyond SFH’s control, SFH and sponsor reserves the right to substitute a particular prize for another prize of similar value.
• To claim the first prize of a car, the winner will be required to liaise with the designated car provider / garage and to sign all documentation relating to the transfer of ownership of the car to them.
Winner Selection:
• The draw will be overseen by two independent scrutineers.
• The first ticket drawn will be for the first prize, the car, and will continue in that order until all eight prize winners are selected. The draw will be held at the Blanchardstown Centre using a draw drum with all ticket stub entries contained in the draw drum. The draw drum and the overall draw will be checked and supervised the scrutineers.
• SFH accepts no responsibility or liability to any winner for any dissatisfaction with their respective prize.
• No prizes are transferable. No alternative prizes will be offered to winners and prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• SFH reserves the right to request proof of age, verifiable by drivers licence or passport only, and proof of residency, verifiable by recent utility bill only (issued within 6 months of win).
• The winners will be contacted by telephone or by email using address details that entrants provide. In the event that SFH cannot contact the winner(s) within 28 days after the draw, the prize(s) will be awarded to new winner(s), by draw.
Your Information:
• The information, including personal data, which you submit to enter the draw, will be used by SFH to run the draw and to announce the winners on social media platforms. The information will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise requested by you. • Winners’ names and ticket numbers will be published on the St. Francis Hospice website (https://www.sfh.ie/) and social media platforms and on the Blanchardstown Centre social media platforms. Full address details will not be disclosed.
• Law and Courts: The terms and conditions herein are governed by Irish Law and, if you are a resident of Ireland, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
