These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and EU.
Returns/Replacement Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once this condition is satisfied your item will be replaced by giving it to you directly or sending it by post/shipping.
Refunds
If you wish to have the cost of your returned item refunded, once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you and advise outcome to your request.
If you are approved, then your refund by original method of payment will be processed, within 30 days.
Post/Shipping
St. Francis Hospice will cover the costs of outward postage/shipping for your replacement item.
An Post are used for the purposes of shipping. Please allow 1 – 2 working days for order processing and next day delivery for Ireland. If you are ordering outside Ireland please refer to anpost for delivery times.
