Our Education team
We, the Education Team of St. Francis Hospice Dublin, aspire to improve the holistic care of individuals with life-limiting conditions and their loved ones. We aim to create a collaborative learning environment that encourages a growth mind-set for health care professionals and the wider community. We will achieve this through innovative, evidenced based facilitation and learning.
