This study day aims to increase participants knowledge and understanding of the meaning of rehabilitation in palliative care.

It also aims to highlight how all members of the interdisciplinary team can contribute to palliative rehabilitation in their everyday practice and services.

This course is suitable for all members of the interdisciplinary team

CPD: 5.5 hours

Participants receive preparatory materials for the day which will be built on during the live day.
