Within St Francis Hospice, there is a strong culture of health and wellbeing in the workplace; it is acknowledged that from time to time employees can experience mental health issues and they may need support to manage it.
One of the supports in place is our Mental Health First Aiders (a network of support colleagues), trained in mental health first aid. They are available to help guide people toward the supports they need. These colleagues are:
