Volunteer Services Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant play a key role in supporting and collaborating with the Volunteer Services team, to provide day to day administrative and generalist support to the Green Healthcare and Volunteers manager. This role will assist in the coordination of a large team of enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteers who enhance the quality of care provided by St Francis Hospice.
The person must…
- To have undertaken an Office Administration/Secretarial Course or other relevant course.
- Significant experience of using MS Office, in particular, Word, Excel, Email, Internet, PowerPoint, Access and other relevant packages.
- Have a minimum of three years clerical/secretarial/administration experience.
- Evidence of strong coordination skills of large amount of data/ people/ events.
- Have a Full driving license.
