St Francis Hospice is delighted to announce their inaugural HSCP study day.
This study day is open to all HSCP staff working in any setting, who want to develop their therapeutic relationship with palliative patients. The focus of this day is to build confidence in applying a palliative care approach, regardless of where the patient is, in their illness trajectory. Included in this day will be an overview of how palliative care is developing within the Irish healthcare setting, how to support patients to live life to their fullest and using communication to empower patients in a time of uncertainty.
Please note: this event is specifically designed for HSCP staff only and is not open to, health care assistants, nursing and medical professionals.
