For my friend Aidan.
It's so difficult to believe you're 51 today and you're not with us to wish you a Happy Birthday.
We've shared more than 25 years of memories as two families intertwined , not just with
yourself, Wife Margaret and the apple of your eye, You're amazind daughter Aoife, but with you're extended family, your parents, brothers and sisters. You will remain a formidable force in my memory. We share many a laugh together and sometimes many tears. You were my hero in 1994 the day my little Emma passed away. In you're final months , you looked so tired and pained, but in the chapel of rest you had lost that pained expression , you looked as if a very heavy burden had been lifted from you're shoulders. You looked so uch at peace. I always told you that blue was you colour. I'll never look at batman the same again.....Very soon, you're ashes will be buried in your final resting place and I'll stop by from time to time for a chat like the old days.................I miss you Aidan, Our memories Linger.
As Billy Joel sang Love you just the way you are.
So strong,
So sweet,
So soon.

You friend always

Edward,

I will love and miss you for the rest of my life! I will always remember how truly good, kind, caring and funny you were and what a terrific brother, son, husband & father you have been! I hope your artistic talents are still in use in the next life. I can just see you cracking yourself up at something you thought was so funny. With my heart broken now I so wish you were still with us and your amazing Wife and kids but until we meet again, it has been an honour to be your sister!

Love you forever, your sister Paula xxx

Eddie, l am learning that the pain of missing you is really a reflection of all the love that l and everyone in your life felt for you. You are remembered for all the love, brightness and fun you gave so generously to all your family and friends, especially as a husband and a Dad (SuperDad!). I will always feel honoured that you shared your life with me, everything in my life that is good is because of you. X
