SHORT FORM TERMS & CONDITIONS. 18+. Promotion Period: 16th November 2021 – 17th December 2021. To enter, visit the iDonate website page at https://www.idonate.ie/raffle/HarryPotterMinistryProductionManual to donate and enter your details (name, telephone number and email address).

Prizes: 1st prize-Copy of “Ministry Production Manual, Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows” signed by Brendan Gleeson. 2nd Prize- M&S Harry Potter themed Hamper.

1 winner & 1 runner up will be chosen at random following the closure of the iDonate page on 17th December 2021. Prize draw: 20th December 2021. Promoter: St Francis Hospice, Station Road, Raheny, Dublin 5.



1. This competition will be promoted by St Francis Hospice, Station Road, Raheny, Dublin 5 (the “Promoter”).

 2. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

3. Promotional Period:  16th November 2021 – 17th December 2021

4. Any entries submitted after the end of the Promotional Period will not be considered but may still be used by the Promoter.

5. The prize draw will take place on Monday 20th December 2021.

How to enter

6. Visit https://www.idonate.ie/raffle/HarryPotterMinistryProductionManual

7. Entrants must supply their name, telephone number and email address.

8. Entrants will receive a confirmation email stating that their entry was received.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

9. You must be 18 years old or over to enter.

10. Worldwide entries will be accepted, however, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for winners outside of Ireland.

Winner Selection and Notification

11. One winner & 1 Runner up will be selected at random.

12. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period in a draw to be conducted under independent supervision on 20th December 2021.

13. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by telephone or email (whichever method of communication they chose on entry) within three working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize within fourteen days of initial contact. In the event that the winner does not respond within fourteen days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner and to award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

14. Please allow up to 28 days for the delivery of the Prize by registered post from the date of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 28 days of Prize Acceptance, the winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing tkeatinge@sfh.ie. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this time frame, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.


15. Prizes: 1st prize-Copy of “Ministry Production Manual, Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows” signed by Brendan Gleeson. 2nd Prize- M&S Harry Potter themed Hamper.

16. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.

17. The cost of worldwide delivery is included on all items.

18. Prize items will be delivered by a courier elected by the Promoter.

19. The Prize should be taken ‘as is’ – notably to be considered as a gift only. You understand that by accepting this Prize the Promoter does not accept any liability for any element of accepting the Prize.

20. Maximum of 1 prize per person.


21. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, malware incident, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

22. The decision of the Promoter or the decision of any person or persons nominated by the Promoter is final and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding the selection of winning entries.

23. The surname and county of the Winner will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to tkeatinge@sfh.ie within 3 months of the closing date. In the event they win, Winner may request their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing the Promoter at tkeatinge@sfh.ie. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland on reasonable request.

24. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

25. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

26. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the iDonate Page.

27. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

28. An entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Third party, spam and bulk entries will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, and may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. Entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any gift entitlement will be void.

29. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

30. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.

31. Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Acts (1984 and 1998), the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting Interactive Manager at the Promoter’s address. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available on the Promoter’s website at www.sfh.ie. Entrants who opt in to further contact by St Francis Hospice may be contacted in relation to Fundraising activity. You can opt out any time by contacting info@sfh.ie.

32. The Promoter shall not have any responsibility or liability for ineligible entries or entries made with fraudulent intent and the Promoter shall further have no liability for delayed, corrupted or lost entries. Generally, the Promoter excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise directly or indirectly in connection with this competition.

33. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

34. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
