Facilitating Learning in Clinical Practice

This course is for all Health Care Professionals who would like to improve their teaching and facilitation skills.

The following topics will be covered:

Exploring different learning styles and ways of learning
Motivations for learning
Giving feedback
Understanding and introducing change
Fostering a learning organisation and cultivating a growth mindset
Reflective practice within your organisation

As part of this course you will develop a teaching session within your clinical practice utilizing the skills you have learned on day 1.

This process and reflection will be discussed as part of the online webinar on day 2, which will take place on the 5th November from 2-4pm
