Why make a Will?
Making a Will is the only way to ensure that your money and assets will be shared according to your wishes after your death, and provides certainty that your estate is distributed precisely as you wish. It may also be an opportunity to leave a gift in your will to a charity of your choice, such as St. Francis Hospice.
A gift to St. Francis Hospice in your Will is a gift to your local community.Over the years gifts in Wills to St. Francis Hospice have not only enabled us to extend the services that we offer to our patients, their carers and families, but they have also helped us to embark on the major development of a second St. Francis Hospice facility in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. The construction works commenced in July 2009 and will be completed in early 2011. Facilities will include a Hospice Day Care Centre, a base for our Community Palliative Care Team, a 24-bed In-Patient Unit and a range of Out-Patient Services. This new Hospice, combined with the services of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny, will greatly enhance the provision of specialist palliative care services to the people of North Dublin City and County.
The commitment and support of the people of North Dublin to St. Francis Hospice has resulted in a service which represents the true spirit of hospice – a community reaching out to comfort and care for those of its members who are terminally ill. Please continue to support your local community by leaving a gift in your Will to St. Francis Hospice.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this appeal.
